By accessing or using Nodifai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nodifai is an AI conversation platform that visualizes conversations as interactive branching graphs. The Service provides access to multiple AI models including Gemini, GPT, Claude, and Grok, along with features such as conversation forking, collaboration, and BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) options.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys) Policy

For BYOK plan users:

  • You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from third-party providers
  • API requests are made directly to providers using your keys
  • You are responsible for all costs associated with your API usage
  • We are not liable for issues arising from your API key usage or third-party services
  • You must comply with all third-party provider terms and conditions

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We are GDPR compliant and use Row Level Security (RLS) to protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nodifai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Violate third-party rights including copyright, trademark, or privacy
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nodifai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
